I have been practicing law and counseling clients in the areas of estate planning and financial regulatory compliance since 2011. Graduating with cum laude honors, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration with a minor in Legal Studies. I also received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law where I focused on trust and estates course work and practical experience. I am licensed to practice law in Colorado and Michigan and an active member of the Michigan Bar Probate and Estate Planning Section.
I enjoy dissecting complex laws and regulations, explaining their implications in ways that others can easily understand, and making recommendations regarding how to develop a plan of action for the betterment of my clients.
I live in Grand Rapids with my wife and two children. In my free time, I enjoy reading, woodworking, running, and fishing.
